New Materials:
Royal Mattress is licensed in the State of California as a new mattress manufacturer. All of our materials are NEW and are assembled at the time of your individual order. We do not rebuild mattresses and do not store used materials.

Residential Products:
Royal Mattress's Consumer Products adhere to the nation's strictest flammability and safety standards of the Bureau of Home Furnishings of the State of California Technical bulletin #TB603 and meets or exceeds the performance standards 16 CFR #1633 as set forth by the Federal Government for July 2007.

Hotel Products:
Royal Mattress also incorporates the level of safety required by California TB 603 and the new Federal Standard in its hotel products as well. Your guests are concerned about safety as well as comfort and so is Royal.

Fire Station Products:
Royal Mattress has incorporated the following fire safety and flammability standards as our Consumer Oriented products in our Fire Station mattresses. In addition, the cover fabric is also protected with DuPont Teflon™ Soil Release Agent.

Model Home Display Props:
The Model Home Display props are not intended to be used as a sleeping surface and are not therefore required to meet the flammability standards. The Model Home Display props are labeled "Not be used for consumer use". These are not constructed with the safe fire protection qualities as the mattresses above.

Royal Mattress was a pioneer in incorporating mattress flammability safety testing to ensure compliance with the tough new standards. At Royal, Sleep and Safety are important.
