When you buy a Royal, you are buying one of America's finest sleep sets. To help protect this investment we offer a few hints that should increase the life of your premium mattress set.

1. Turn the mattress side to side and end to end every couple of months to promote even wear that normally occurs with use. ( While the mattress is new, do not be concerned with slight "body impressions" that may form, especially on extra plush mattress surfaces. These are normal. Turn your mattress every few weeks for the first few months to help smooth them out.)
2. Support your bed with a sturdy bedframe. If you purchase a queen or king sized set, make sure the frame has a center support bar and leg support that will prevent bowing.
3. Use a protective mattress pad. A good quality, washable mattress pad is a good way to keep your set fresh and free of stains.
4. Do not fold or bend your mattress. The innerspring of each set has a border wire that will permanently be bent if the mattress is bent or folded.
5. Vacuuming is the recommended way to keep your set clean. If you're determined to tackle a stain, use mild soap and cold water lightly applied. Dry cleaning solutions and soaking the mattress will cause harm.
